This is the old tramways building, near the harbour.

It is in the process of being torn down. I doubt that whatever takes its place will offer the same opportunity for photos though.

This building process seems to have been abandoned. 

It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Richmond hill and has some amazing views out to sea.

While I did not capture them on this particular excursion, they will give me a good reason to return.
