This is a building I have long had a fascination with - an old disused power station on the outskirts of town.
Hopefully next time I'll get out the car and spend a bit more time around here :-).

I stopped a little while ago to get a photo of the flamingoes on the salt pans with the power station in the background.
I'd love to know if the smoke stacks are accessible - they'd make for a challenging climb!
Used to work there back in the eighties. Quite dirty inside due to coal dust. Can't remember there was a road that close.
