Looks like Alamein Court. When I was a kidone of my friends lived there, on the third level. After having fun with little parachutes made from handkerchiefs and 4 strings they decided to make a full size one using a bedsheet and ropes. The wanted me to be their test pilot. I preferred losing face to losing my life.

Such an atmospheric shot. Would be the shot I'd edit right before the scene of you eating your supper. A great establisher. You should get into the movies.
